Awesome hotel with amazing pools and great service!

I was impressed with the pristine pools. Several pools located throughout the hotel made it easy to enjoy a relaxing swim. The staff was helpful and friendly. Hussain Sabry were very good making my trip lovely. His dedication and professionalism made all the difference.

i found the rooms spacious and cleaned daily. the lifeguard service at the pools was attentive. this. breakfast offered plenty of choices each morning.
the walkways became quite slippery after they were cleaned. i nearly slipped a few times. i noticed the same issue affected other guests. diet coke was only available from behind the bar.

I enjoyed my visit. The housekeeping was excellent. Hassan kept my room very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, I was always greeted with a smile. The diverse dining options included daily seafood. I found something new to enjoy each day. The resort territory is quite large and well maintained, everything looks flawless.
The local spirits were not to my taste. I found them to be quite cheap. This is a small detail. Everything else was perfect.

The grounds are very spacious. I found the multiple pools very refreshing. I appreciated that there were four restaurants available, and each offered great cooked food.
The alcohol seemed cheap. Cocktails seemed very strong, due to the lack of syrups. The daily entertainment was always the same. I would have liked to see some variety.
